Donald N. Dalessandro, CPC, QPA, QKA
Vice President, Operations

Don has been with Trinity for almost six years.  His day to day consists of managing the daily operations of Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit administration, distributions, and plan documents.  Don lives every day with passion and enjoys life to the fullest.  He lives with his wife and two kids in Strongsville, Ohio where he enjoys going to sporting events and traveling. 

Don’s previous experiences include a BA degree in mathematics from Cleveland State University and 30 years working in the Retirement Plan Industry as a Third Party Administrator.  His goal for the company is to make a positive difference for our Plan Sponsors, Advisors, and the lives of Trinity’s Employees.  Don works hard everyday to do his best as a husband, father, friend, and employee.  

Adam Warren, CPC, QPA, QKA

As President, Adam wears several hats at Trinity.  He handles all things financial, acts as IT support, and is the point of contact to help improve efficiencies and maximize profits.  He’s been with the company for almost eight years and works diligently to achieve our vision, to be the essential TPA in seven different states by 2030.  Adam’s previous experiences started at Smuckers where he worked his way from Financial Analyst into Operations Accounting. 

When he isn’t wearing one of his many hats at Trinity, he’s enjoying the outdoors with his wife and three kids.  His evenings and weekends are consumed with the outdoors as he like to run races, coach his kids’ sports teams, hunt, fish, and hike.  

Anthony J. Warren, QKA

Anthony has been with Trinity since day one, March 15, 2006, when he and Kevin Bergdorf started their business in his basement in Akron, Ohio.  Anthony began his retirement plan career in the early 2000s at a large national recordkeeping firm and then moved to a local TPA, where he hit his stride helping Financial Advisors with plan design and point-of-sale presentations.  Currently Anthony lives in Cuyahoga Falls with his wife and three kids where he dreams of having a dog (keeps getting outvoted 1-to-1) and enjoys spending quality time being outside with his family. 

Daily, Anthony focuses on managing his Executive Team, making strategic decisions, and hiring the staff necessary to accomplish Trinity's goals.  He is on a quest to unlock the secrets that help Financial Advisors win new retirement assets in today's high-pressure marketplace. He also strives for an office culture that is intellectually, socially, and emotionally stimulating for his Employees, which he believes will help position the firm to be indispensable to Financial Advisors.  

Kevin A. Bergdorf, CPC, QPA

Kevin, who has nearly 25 years in the retirement plan industry, launched Trinity Pension Consultants with business partner Anthony Warren in 2006. The goal was to build a firm with a fresh perspective on what Financial Advisors needed and wanted. Kevin built the successful Cash Balance practice of Trinity, educating Trinity's Retirement Plan Consultants and Financial Advisors on how to win and retain Cash Balance clients. He also continues to be involved in front-line sales for the company. 

Kevin’s current goal is to grow Trinity through more efficient and profitable systems, and to maintain the balance of the company’s employee culture of achievement and family.  His personal goals are to be a lifelong learner and to finish a degree in Classics.  Kevin lives in Hudson, Ohio with his wife, son, and Aussie Doodle.  In his free time, Kevin enjoys reading and then reading some more, traveling, and training Brazilian jiu jitsu. 

David Hair
National Sales Director

David came to Trinity with a wealth of experience in sales and marketing.  He leads mainly by example, always doing his best and encouraging others to do the same.  David is a man of integrity.  He is direct and decisive when needed.  He consistently looks for ways to improve company efficiency and profitability.  David has a passion for the art of the sale. 

David has developed his skills over the last 35 years at several top organizations including 30 years at a Fortune 50 company where he held a variety of sales leadership positions. Additionally, he spearheaded a new division that led to significant company growth opportunities.    

David’s goal for Trinity is to develop an elite sales team that works with Financial Advisors to help them realize their goals.  He expects Trinity to become indispensable in helping Financial Advisors gather new assets under management through pension plans. 

David holds a degree in Biochemistry from Olivet Nazarene University.  He currently lives in Bath, Ohio with his wife and three kids. He enjoys fishing, traveling, and spending time on the water with his family.

Michael Stuebe, CPC, QPA
Vice President, Relationship Management

Michael has been with Trinity since 2012.  In his current role, he works side by side with Leadership to train, empower, and develop an elite TPA Relationship Management team.  Every day he works hard to discover new ways to enhance the Plan Sponsor and Financial Advisor experience.  Michael’s previous jobs and experiences make him perfect for his role as Trinity’s VP, Relationship Management. 

Michael’s love for teaching and math started in Colorado as a junior high school social studies and math teacher.  From there, Michael received his M.B.A from John Hopkins University and dove headfirst into the retirement plan industry.  He started with Lincoln Financial Group of Maryland and then moved to Ohio where he continued his journey at Huntington National Bank’s retirement plan division.  Michael currently lives in Powell, Ohio with his wife, three daughters and three dogs.  (Anthony is very jealous) When he finds a free moment, you can find Michael outside running with his dogs, traveling, and following all things Michigan football and basketball.
